Welcome to the Saborea Puerto Rico's Press Room. We are here to facilitate your access to the program planned from Friday, April 9th to Sunday, April 11th 2010.

We are pleased to assist journalists with accreditation, interviews, and general information regarding the third edition of Saborea Puerto Rico. Each media representative interested in covering the event must complete a Media Credential Application for appropriate accreditation which includes:

1. A completed Saborea Puerto Rico Media Credential Application (one application per person).
2. A letter on company letterhead from your editor/producer assigning you to cover Saborea Puerto Rico.
3. A recent copy of the publication or program you represent (please include circulation/audience information).

The Press Office will confirm receipt of your completed application by email. Upon reviewing the applications we will award credentials based on coverage, as well as advance publicity for the event. We will admit two people from each approved media organization (one media credential per person). Accredited media representatives will be notified by email and instructions for picking up media credentials will be given at that time. Accredited media representatives will only be admitted to events with a Saborea Puerto Rico Media Credential and an Event Pass.

Detailed instructions and press protocols are provided below:

1. Complete the Media Credential Application form and return via fax to: (787) 250-2999 no later than Friday, March 19, 2010. Please specify which events you would like to cover.
   
2. Accredited media will receive one pass, per event, and can be picked up at the Media Center at the Saborea Puerto Rico Village.
3. The Press Office will confirm your event passes via e-mail.
4. Admittance to Saborea Puerto Rico Village will be granted with a Media Credential. All other events require a Media Credential and an Event Pass.
